William Jeffery is the Director of Assistant Principals Leadership Academies at Houston ISD, where he oversees the professional development and mentoring of aspiring and current assistant principals. With over 15 years of experience in education, he has a passion for improving student achievement through technology integration, innovation, and leadership. He is also an author, podcast host, and Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, who shares his insights and expertise on various educational topics and platforms. He has published articles on Flipboard and Medium, hosted two successful podcasts, "I Want To Speak To The Principal" and "Flipboard EDU Podcast", and received multiple awards and recognitions, such as the Guiding Star Recognition and the Corporate Visions Magazine Education and Training Award. He holds two master's degrees in counseling education and educational administration.
